     The Oregon Coast is an area of varied terrains with many different marginal habitats.  Much of it is also pretty sparsely populated, leaving lots of room for native plants and wildlife.  You can read a bit about what's happening in the natural world on our News for Nature Watchers page.  Interesting sightings will be posted on the sightings page.
