Special Order Form

     Items which are featured on this website have "Click to Purchase" buttons next to them.  Please use them whenever possible.
     Use this special order form to order items which are not featured on the website.  You may have seen these items in our store or talked to us on the phone or in email about them.  If you place an order using this form we will contact you by email to confirm the order, ask any necessary questions, and quote you current prices and shipping costs.  

     To use this form, fill out as much as you can about each item you want and then click "Add To Shopping Cart."  You will be routed to the regular shopping cart.  In the shopping cart you will see the items and prices you just typed in and totals and such.  You will be asked to input your credit card information.  You will receive an automated email order confirmation which should be ignored.  Please understand that these are not committed prices until a real person confirms them by email.  We will not process your credit card purchase until we both agree on the prices and shipping costs.
