Security
Orders placed on our website are processed on a secure server. This is
much more secure than using a cordless or cell phone to place your
order. Your credit card information is processed by us in our
store. We retrieve your information from the secure server, not via
non-secure email. At no time do we transmit your credit card
information via non-secure means.
Privacy Statement
We are regular people, just like
you, and we value our privacy just like you do. Privacy is not
a matter of business ethics but of personal ethics for us.
We do not sell or share your information.
Any personal information we receive from you, including name, addresses,
phone numbers, email addresses, credit card information, and anything
else, will remain in our possession and will not be sold. We hate it
when people do this to us and we would not do it to you.
We will use your information only in
appropriate ways. For example, if we acquire your email address with
an order we will not add it to our newsletter emailing list without your
permission, we will use it only to contact you regarding that order. If you are on the newsletter email list, we will not
bombard you with other junk mail. Etc.
We use a secure server to process your credit
card purchase. If you do not wish to trust the secure server we
provide a toll-free telephone number you can use to call the store and
place an order verbally. That number is 800-281-9806 and the store
hours are 11AM to 5PM Pacific time.
The secure server notifies us of your purchase by
email, but it does not send your credit card information in the email
message because email is not secure. Instead, we must log on to the secure server to retrieve
your order and credit card information.
We would like to encourage you to insist on a
privacy statement from all websites you do business with. This will
make them conscious of the problems caused by selling your personal
information and will help reduce abuses.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy
with your purchase, return it in to us in unused condition. Pack it
well so it is not damaged in the return shipment. Please email us
first. We do not accept COD shipments. We will process a credit
to your credit card if the merchandise is in the condition it was in when we
shipped it to you. We are also happy to exchange your purchase
for another item.
Damaged merchandise
If the merchandise
is damaged in shipping, please show it to a UPS driver and notify us by
email so we can file a damage claim. We will get a replacement out to
you as soon as possible and deal with the claim hassles later.
